The American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine

Where can you go for the latest anti aging information (besides AntiAgingWorld, of course)?  Try the American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine, also known as the A4M, has over 26,000 members and is the largest organization of its kind dedicated to the field of Anti Aging Medicine. The A4M was established in 1992.

Its members include physicians (approximately 85%), other health care practitioners, scientists, and government officials representing over 105 countries.  So the A4M truly is a global organization. As more doctors turn away from sick-based medicine to wellness-based preventive medicine they have found the American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine to be a valuable resource for the latest information on anti aging medicine.

The American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine has three major goals.  It strives to advance technology to better detect, prevent and treat age-related disease.  It also promotes research aimed at slowing down the human aging process.

And, it is very committed to educating health care professionals and the general public through a variety of educational opportunities and forums. One of the American Academy of Anti Aging Medicine’s prime focus is on the education of physicians.

The Academy offers certification programs to physicians and a number of fellowships in the fields of anti aging medicine, aesthetics, stem cell, and integrative cancer treatment preparing physicians to practice the future of medicine today.

The goal of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine is to help patient live active and full lives as long as possible.
