John F. Kennedy once said, “The great enemy of truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest, but the myth – persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic. Belief in myths allows the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.”
In Testosterone for Life Dr. Morgentaler exposes and debunks the many myths surrounding testosterone. For years men have been told that taking testosterone is too dangerous. Unfortunately, these claims were made without much scientific evidence to support them.
Perhaps, more so than any physician Dr. Morgentaler has challenged conventional thought related to testosterone and has published numerous studies that highlight the safety and efficacy of testosterone replacement in men.
In Testosterone for Life, Dr. Morgentaler condenses his years of clinical and research experience to provide an easy to read and understand book that is a must for any man over age 40. In Testosterone for Life Dr. Morgentaler discusses the numerous signs and symptoms related to low testosterone, the many treatment options available, and their risks. He also points out that testosterone is more than just a muscle or sex hormone – that it benefits the entire body.
Dr. Morgentaler devotes an entire chapter discussing the relationship between testosterone and prostate cancer, and why what we once thought about the relationship between testosterone and prostate cancer is no longer true.
An associate clinical professor of urology at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Morgentaler is also author of the books, The Male Body and The Viagra Myth.
In Testosterone for Life Dr. Morgentaler gives every man an opportunity to regain a part of life that has been missing.

Russ,
The edition we have of that I believe is still the most current edition. I just checked on that. Now, if you’re interested in other related books, I would suggest Dr. Life’s book, “The Life Plan”. Also, Al Sears has book called “The T Factor” but I believe it’s older than “Testosterone for Life”. If I misunderstood your question please get back to me.
