Raseberry Walnut Chicken Salad

If you’re in a hurry and want to prepare a healthy meal quickly try this raseberry walnut chicken salad recipe. Chicken is a low fat source of protein. Walnuts are high in antioxidants especially vitamin E.  Walnuts are also high in fiber, the B vitamins, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids. Walnuts made a big splash in the news a year ago when the FDA threatened Diamond Foods for making health claims of their walnuts, thus promoting its walnuts for health purposes. And, we wonder why we’ve become a junk food sociey.
