Begin your weight loss plan by noting down your calorie intake for every meal that you take for a week to determine your average daily calorie intake. This will help you to determine how much calories you need to burn in order to lose weight. Having figured your average calorie intake, start easy by reducing your calorie intake by 10 percent instead of drastically decreasing it. Then after two weeks, cut it down again by another 10 percent until you arrive at a healthy amount to your satisfaction. Match this reduction in calorie intake with exercise that helps to burn calories. There may be a lot of free and premium techniques suggested, the key here is to do more than you are already performing. You can start with a 15 to 30-minute exercise per day. If you want to burn more calories, then increase this to an hour. Do not forget to properly hydrate yourself when excercising to replace the lost fluids. Additionally, water is also a useful element in shedding off fats.

How Much Water To Drink A Day To Lose Weight

Water does not just keep you hydrated. It also helps you to lose weight. First, drinking adequate amounts suppresses your appetite and helps you to differentiate thirst from hunger. It also helps to flush out the excess water in your body that causes bloating and adds to your weight. You can start by following the standard of drinking eight glasses a day. Drink a glass of water 15 to 20 minutes before every meal to make you feel full faster and longer. It will also aid in digestion. Then drink another glass or maybe half after every meal. Also drink water upon waking up, before going to bed, and when you ecercise. All these will add up to more than eight glasses and will help you to lose weight quick.

How Many Carbs To Take Per Day To Lose Weight

While there is no minimum recommended amount, the recommended range of carbohydrate intake when losing weight is between 20 and 70 grams if you do weight training, or 20 and 50 grams if not. Experiment on the amount that suits you best. Source good carbs from unprocessed natural sources, like fresh non-starchy vegetables, and low carb fruits. Foods rich in carbohydrates can be good sources of phytochemicals and fiber so do not totally scrap this nutrient like some do.
